Rice Noodles (Rice Flour, Starch), Wheat Free Soy Sauce (Soybeans) (Dried), Vegetables (Dried) (Garlic, Onion, Shallots, Cabbage, Cilantro, Chili Pepper, Green Onion, Chives), Peanuts, Organic Evaporated Cane Juice, Vegan Natural Flavors (Yeast Extract, Extracts of Tamarind, Turmeric and Paprika), Spices, Potato Starch, Lime Juice Powder, Tofu, Sea Salt.

Directions

Cooking: Microwave for best results. Microwave Cooking: 1. Remove the lid. 2. Remove flavor packet and pour contents into cup. 3. Add room temperature water to fill line inside cup (about 2 inches above bottom of cup). Stir well. 4. Microwave on High 2 minutes (microwaves vary. Adjust as needed). 5. Remove from microwave, stir and cover. 6. Let stand covered for 4 minutes or until noodles are tender and sauce thickens. Stir again & enjoy. Boiling Water: Follow instructions above except add boiling water to fill line and do not microwave. Let stand covered about 5 minutes until noodles are tender & sauce thickens. Stir again & enjoy. Caution: Cup and food may be hot. Please handle with care.
