She used all natural vegetables, whole grains and ground raw sunflower seeds. Sunflower seeds are one of the best whole food sources of vitamin E, known to reduce the risk of stroke and cardiovascular disease. These wholesome burgers are full of protein, fiber, healthy unsaturated fats, minerals, vitamins and phytonutrients. Carol's farm fresh vegetarian burgers are not meant to be a beef imitation but an excellent flavor sensation of their own. Because Carol's burgers were so well loved and her family and friends raved about them, Sunshine Burger Company was born. Sunshine Burgers taste great on a bun, in a pocket pita or in sandwich wrap. Keep frozen. Heating: All our burgers are fully precooked. Please do not overcook, just heat to desired warmness. Stove Top: No oil needed. Place frozen burger in frying pan on Low heat, warm 5-7 minutes on each side. Conventional/Toaster Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees and heat frozen burger about 10-15 minutes. Microwave Oven: Place frozen burger on microwave safe dish and heat on High for 1-2 minutes. BBQ Grill: Place frozen burger on grill for 5 minutes on each side, brush with BBQ sauce if desired.
