Ingredients

Mycoprotein (57%), Wheat Flour, Canola Oil, Rehydrated Egg White, Wheat Starch, Contains 2% or Less of Natural Flavor from Non-Meat Sources (Contains Yeast, Salt, Onion), Potato Dextrin, Salt, Milk Proteins, Pea Fiber, Whole Egg & Egg White, Calcium Chloride & Calcium Acetate (Firming Agents); Wheat Gluten, Dextrose, Turbinado Sugar, Spices, Yeast.

Warnings

Allergic Consumers: Contains egg, milk & wheat. There have been rare cases of allergic reactions to products which contain mycoprotein, a member of the fungi/mold family. Mycoprotein is high in protein and fiber which may cause intolerance in some people. We do not use any ingredients derived from genetically modified sources in this product.

Directions

Keep frozen. Cooking Instructions: Simply remove packaging & cook from frozen as follows. For best results, cook in the oven. Oven - 20 Mins: Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F. Place frozen patties in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Bake 18-20 minutes, turning patties over halfway through heating time. Microwave - 1 Min: Line a microwaveable plate with a double layer of paper towels. For 1 patty, arrange in a single layer on paper towels and heat on high 1 minute, turning patty over halfway through heating time. Careful: Patties will be hot. Add 1 minute for each additional patty. Storage Instructions: Keep frozen. Do not refreeze once thawed. After cooking, Quorn Chik'n Patties will keep for up to 24 hours in the refrigerator. Note: Ovens vary. Heating times are approximate. Always cook until piping hot before eating. Be careful not to overcook.
