Made with organic vegetables & flour. Whole wheat crust. Microwave or regular oven. No GMOs. After the birth of our daughter Amy in 1987 we found there was little time to prepare the wholesome nutritious food we normally ate. Realizing there were others like ourselves, we set up Amy's Kitchen to produce delicious, nourishing frozen meals for health conscious people too busy to cook. We use only the finest natural and organic ingredients and prepare them with the same careful attention in our kitchen as you would in your own home. No meat, fish, poultry or eggs are ever used in any Amy's products. 0g Trans fat. No added MSG. No preservatives. People love Amy's broccoli pot pie. So we thought, why not take the same great tasting filling, the crisp organic broccoli, organic golden carrots, organic northern potatoes, and a smooth creamy cheese sauce and bake it into a pocket sandwich? So we create Amy's broccoli & cheese pocket sandwich, a gourmet treat in a light tender crust that's handy to hold, easy to eat, and just plain delicious. Amy's Kitchen began with the vision of a freezer full of great tasting wholesome vegetarian food that would support a family's busy life style. In addition to entrees, pizzas and whole meals, we wanted something quick and easy for after school snacks, on the run breakfasts and brief lunches. So we created these nourishing baked pocket sandwiches that are full of flavor and fully satisfying. Certified organic by QAI.

Ingredients

Organic Wheat and Whole Wheat Flour, Filtered Water, Organic Potatoes, Organic Broccoli, Expeller Pressed High Oleic Safflower and/or Sunflower Oil, Organic Carrots, Organic Sunflower Seed Meal, Cheddar Cheese, Organic Sweet Rice Flour, Organic Flax Seed, Honey, Organic Onions, Sea Salt, Yeast, Mustard Powder, Paprika, Spices (100% Herbs & Pure Spices [No Hidden Ingredients]).

Warnings

Contains wheat, milk & sunflower seeds. Individuals with food allergies: This product is manufactured in a facility that processes foods containing wheat, milk, milk, soy , tree nuts and seeds. Amy's kitchen does not use any peanuts, fish, shellfish or eggs.

Directions

Keep frozen. Remove and discard overwrap. Place on cookie sheet or foil. Conventional Oven: Preheat, bake at 350 degree F for 20-25 minutes. Toaster Oven: Bake at 325 degree F for 25-30 minutes. Microwave Oven: Remove and discard overwrap. Place on paper towel. Heat on High 2-21/2 minutes or until hot. Rotate once during heating. Let stand 1-2 minutes before serving. For crispier crust, place microwaved pocket sandwich in toaster oven for 2-3 minutes at 375 degree F. Ovens vary so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for your oven.
