The hand stretched tender crust made from organic flour and extra virgin olive oil is covered with roasted, toasted and marinated organic onions, shiitake mushrooms, red bell peppers & marinated artichoke hearts. Then it's fully baked so that the flavor soaks into the crust. It's great party food cut into appetizer size pieces and it will remind you of the finest focaccia. Irresistible! Everyone in our family loves pizza: for dinner, lunch, snacks, parties - even for breakfast. And everyone has a favorite. Amy and her friends like their pizzas with just cheese & sauce, and so did her grandma Clarice. Her dad goes for a spinach topping. Her mom & grandma Nonny prefers a cheeseless pizza with lots of veggies. So we decided to offer a variety of toppings. One thing everyone agreed on was that the crust had to be excellent. Not hard, soggy or thin like cardboard. So we created a crust that is light, tender and tasty. The dough is made from organic Old Mill flour with a touch of olive oil to give it flavor and tenderness. Then it's hand stretched and baked. After that we carefully add the toppings in perfect proportion to the crust. 0 g trans fat. No added MSG. No preservatives. No GMOs - no genetically engineered ingredients. We like hearing from you. Perishable. Keep frozen. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Remove pizza from overwrap and place directly on the oven rack. Bake for 10-12 minutes. If a softer crust is desired, place pizza on a cookie sheet and bake for 13-15 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes before serving. These pizzas are pre-cooked. To prevent burning, check often after reaching the beginning of the recommended cooking range. Ovens vary, so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for your oven.
