Amy's search for pizzas that satisfy everyone's needs goes on. Here is one that is not only gluten free, but can also be enjoyed by those who do not eat dairy and by anyone looking for a unique, great tasting treat. The light tender rice crust is topped with a blend of nutritious organic spinach and completely dairy-free, soy-based mozzarella and ricotta cheeses, and of course Amy's incomparable authentic Italian pizza sauce made with organic sun-ripened tomatoes and our special blend of herbs. Everyone in our family loves pizza: for dinner, lunch, snacks, parties - even for breakfast. Everyone has a favorite and Amy's pizzas have proven to be very popular with our customers. However, many customers are not able to tolerate wheat and kept asking us to make a pizza with a gluten free crust. After many attempts, we finally came up with a light, tender rice crust. Amy's Rice Crust Pizza is so delicious that it will surprise and delight not only those who cannot tolerate wheat, but anyone looking for a unique taste treat. No trans fat. No added MSG. No preservatives. After the birth of our daughter Amy in 1987 we found there was little time to prepare the wholesome nutritious food we normally ate. Realizing there were others like ourselves, we set up Amy's Kitchen to produce delicious, nourishing, frozen meals for health conscious people too busy to cook. We use only the finest natural and organic ingredients and prepare them with the same careful attention in our kitchen as you would in your own home. No meat, fish, poultry or eggs are ever used in any Amy's products. Certified Organic by Quality Assurance International (QAI).

Directions

Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Remove overwrap and cardboard. Place pizza on oven rack at middle position. Bake for 11-13 minutes or until crust starts to brown. Carefully move pizza directly under broiler. Broil for 30-60 seconds, just enough to melt cheese. Let stand 2 minutes before serving. For a Softer Crust: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove overwrap and cardboard. Place pizza on a cookie sheet. Bake for 12-14 minutes. Carefully move pizza directly under broiler. Broil for 30-60 seconds, just enough to melt cheese. Let stand 2 minutes before serving. These pizzas are pre-cooked and have a delicate crust. To prevent burning, check often after reaching the beginning of the recommended cooking range. Ovens vary so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for your oven.
