However, some people who aren't able to tolerate wheat have requested a pizza with a gluten free crust. This single serve gluten free margherita pizza has a light, tender rice crust covered with a simple organic tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella cheese sprinkled with parmesan and basil, all combined to create a light, fresh-tasting pizza so delicious that it will surprise and delight not only those who cannot tolerate wheat, but anyone looking for a unique-tasting treat that is just the right size for one or two people. Pizza is always popular. But there are times when a full-sized pizza is too much to prepare and certainly too much for one person to eat. That's why we created Amy's individual-sized single serve pizzas, which have the same great taste and natural and organic ingredients as our full-sized pizzas. They are just right for one person to eat for a quick lunch or a tasty snack! Responding to customer requests, our chefs have crated a line of gluten free pizzas with all the flavor and goodness of our regular pizzas, but containing no gluten. Gluten free. 0 g trans fat. No added MSG. No preservatives. No GMOs - no genetically engineered ingredients. Perishable. Keep frozen. Cook from frozen. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Remove pizza from cardboard and overwrap. Place pizza directly on center of middle oven rack. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the crust starts to brown and the cheese is melted. If a softer crust is desired, preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place pizza on a cookie sheet and bake for 12-14 minutes. Rotate pizza 1/2 turn with oven-safe utensil halfway through baking. Let sit for 1 minute before serving. Toaster Oven: Preheat toaster oven to 400 degrees F. Remove toaster oven to 400 degrees F. Remove overwrap and cardboard. Place pizza directly on toaster oven pan and bake for 12-14 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute before serving. Microwave (1100W): Remove overwrap and cardboard. Place pizza on microwave-safe plate. Cook on high for 2-1/2 to 3 minutes. The pizza's crust is pre-cooked. To prevent burning, check often after reaching the beginning of the recommended cooking range. Ovens vary, so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for your oven.
