Directions

Keep frozen. Cooking Instructions for food safety and quality, please follow these cooking instructions. Keep frozen until ready to prepare - do not refreeze. Conventional Oven: Note: Since appliances vary, these cooking instructions are only a guideline. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F minimum. 1. Place oven rack in center of the oven. 2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 3. Place frozen fish in a single layer on a shallow baking pan. 4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. 5. For best results, flip after 7 minutes of baking. Microwave: Note: Cooking times will vary by oven model and wattage. Recommended microwave cooking times are based on an 1100-watt oven. 1. Place frozen fish in a single layer in a microwave safe dish lined with 2 paper towels. 2. Loosely cover and microwave on high power for about 3-1/2 minutes. 3. For best results, rotate once halfway through cooking. 4. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F minimum. 5. Let stand covered in microwave for 2 minutes before serving. Caution: Steam can cause burns. Use caution when removing hot food.
