Directions

Keep frozen. How to cook: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook thoroughly to 160 degrees F. Stovetop: 1. Place desired amount of frozen mushrooms and 1 Tbs vegetable oil, if desired, in skillet on MEDIUM-HIGH. 2. Cook, stirring often 5-9 minutes until thoroughly cooked, liquid has evaporated and mushrooms just begin to brown. Season to taste or use in your favorite recipe. Microwave (11oo watts) 1. Place 1 cup mushrooms in microwave-safe container. 2. Cover and vent if using plastic wrap. 3. Cook on HIGH 2 minutes. Carefully drain; season to taste or use in your favorite recipe.
