Allergic Consumers: Contains wheat. There have been rare cases of allergic reactions to Quorn products which contain mycoprotein, a member of the fungi/mold family. Mycoprotein is high in protein and fiber which may cause intolerance in some people.
Cooking Instructions: Simply remove all packaging & cook from frozen. For best results, cook on stove top. Stove Top - 12 mins: Place 2 Quorn Vegan Chik'n Cutlets and your favorite sauce into a skillet. Simmer on a medium heat for 12 minutes, turning frequently. Grill - 10 mins: Pre-heat grill to medium. Brush both sides of the frozen Quorn Vegan Chik'n Cutlets with oil. Place on grill and cook for 10 minutes, turning occasionally until lightly browned. Microwave - (800W) 2 mins: Place 1 Quorn Vegan Chik'n Cutlet on a microwavable plate, add 1 tbsp of water, cover with film and pierce, cook on full power for 2 minutes. Caution: Both food and plate may be very hot. Note: Heating times are approximate. Always cook until piping hot before eating. Storage Instructions: Keep frozen. Do not refreeze once thawed. After cooking, Quorn Vegan Chik'n Cutlets will keep for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
