Keep frozen. Prepare me! Skillet (from Frozen): Place burgers in non-stick skillet. Heat covered, over medium heat for 7-8 mins, turning halfway through cooking time. Microwave (from Frozen): Place burger on a microwave safe plate, microwave on high for 70 seconds turn over and cook for another 70 seconds. For 2 burgers, microwave for 4 mins until hot throughout turning halfway through cooking time. Based on 1000 watt microwave. Grill (from Frozen): Preheat grill to medium heat. Brush burgers with oil, grill for 4-5 mins, turning half way through cooking. Cover and cook for an additional 4 mins until browned and hot throughout, brushing frequently. Oven (from Frozen): Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Put burgers on non-stick baking sheet and bake for approx 8-10 mins until browned and hot throughout, turning once half way through cooking. Tip: Do not overcook. Let stand for 1 minute. Cook until internal temperature reaches minimum of 165 degrees F.
