Drain. Microwave Directions: Important: Do not microwave in bag. Pour 1/4 cup water and vegetables into 1-1/2 quart round microwavable casserole dish. Cover; microwave on high, stirring halfway through cook time, until thoroughly cooked. For a 1200 to 1050 watt microwave oven, cook 8 to 9 minutes. For a 1000 to 750 watt microwave oven, cook 9 to 10 minutes. For a 700 watt microwave oven, cook 10 minutes. Microwaves lower than 700 watts may require longer cook times. Caution: Hot! Uncover carefully; stir well. Drain if necessary. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Refrigerate leftovers. For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 160F as measured by an instant-read food thermometer. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed.
