Ingredients

Cooked Chickpeas, Water, Cooked Black Lentils, Tomatoes (Tomatoes, Sea Salt, Citric Acid), Organic Cooked Brown Jasmine Rice, Onions, Cauliflower, Sunflower Oil, Contains Less than 2% of Cilantro, Dehydrated Onion, Dehydrated Red Bell Pepper, Dried Red Chili Pepper, Evaporated Cane Syrup, Garlic Puree (Garlic, Water), Ginger Puree, Guar Gum, Organic Mango Powder, Poblano Pepper, Potato Starch, Sea Salt, Seasoning (Sea Salt, Potassium Chloride), Spices (Contains Mustard Seed), Xanthan Gum.

Directions

Keep frozen. Microwave: 1. Microwave for 4.5-5 minutes or until cooked throughout. 2. Let stand for 1 minute. 3. Remove film, stir gently. Microwaves vary, adjust cooking time if necessary. Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Place bowl on baking tray in center of oven. 3. Cook for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, remove film and stir. 4. Cook for an additional 20 minutes. Ovens vary, adjust cooking time if necessary. For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F before eating.
