Curried peas & cheese with rice & Chana Masala. Made with organic rice, tomatoes & peas. 50% less sodium than our regular Indian Mattar Paneer. Gluten free. No GMOs. No bioengineered ingredients. Family owned since 1988. Amy's mom & dad, Rachel & Andy, met in India and have many Indian friends. One of these friends invited them to dinner and they were so delighted with the meal that they wanted to share it with Amy's customers. They asked their friend if she would teach our chefs how to prepare this dish. After many trials and tastings they came up with Amy's Indian Mattar Paneer. The mattar paneer is made with tender organic peas and Indian cheese in an authentic delicately spiced sauce. Golden carrots, onions and cumin add flavor and color to the organic basmati rice. Curried Chana Masala made with organic garbanzo beans and sweet organic tomatoes round out this delicious meal that we're sure will appeal to all who appreciate fine Indian cooking. 50% less sodium than our regular Indian Mattar Paneer. Responding to customer requests, our chefs have created a line of light in sodium meals with all the flavor and goodness of our regular meals, but containing 50% less sodium. 0 g trans fat. No added MSG. No preservatives. No GMOs - No bioengineered ingredients. All dairy ingredients are made with pasteurized, rBST hormone-free milk and do not contain animal enzymes or animal rennet. Organic Basmati Rice, Organic Onions, Organic Peas, Organic Garbanzo Beans, Filtered Water, Paneer Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Calcium Chloride, Distilled Vinegar [Gluten Free] and/or Citric Acid), Organic Diced Tomatoes, Organic Tomato Puree, Expeller Pressed High Oleic Safflower and/or Sunflower Oil, Spices (100% Pure Herbs & Spices (No Hidden Ingredients)), Organic Carrots, Organic Garlic, Sea Salt, Organic Cornstarch, Turmeric, Paprika.

Directions

Keep frozen. Microwave and regular oven. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Remove overwrap and cover tray with foil. Place tray on a cookie sheet. Cook for 35-40 minutes or until heated throughout (remove foil after first 20 minutes). Microwave Oven: Remove tray from box. Make a 1 inch slit in overwrap. Cook for 4.5 minutes or until heated throughout. Toaster Oven: Remove all packaging. Transfer product to a covered toaster oven-safe dish. Cook using the conventional oven instructions shown above. Ovens vary so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for your oven.
