No MSG added (except those naturally occurring in soy sauce). No preservatives. No artificial flavors. Chef-inspired. Our Story: Tryg, the chef at the restaurant where I worked, wondered why I never ate the food he prepared for the staff. I explained that I had celiac disease and had to avoid gluten. The following day, Tryg prepared a meal made entirely from gluten-free ingredients; it was delicious! That was our start. Today, now married, Tryg and I have recreated my favorite foods from our own kitchen and I can finally eat with confidence. Wrapper: Water, Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Canola Oil, Konjac Flour, Salt. Dipping Sauce: Water, Tamari Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Salt, Alcohol), Sugar, White Vinegar, Ginger, Garlic (Garlic, Water, Citric Acid), Black Pepper.

Keep frozen. New! Cooking Instructions: Pan Fry: In a non-stick pan over medium-high heat, add 1/2 cup of water and 1 tablespoon of canola oil. Place dumplings flat side down and cover pan with lid. Cook until all the water evaporates and the flat side is brown. Total cooking time will be between 8-12 minutes. Microwave: Place 1/2 cup of water and dumplings in a microwave-safe container. Cover with damp paper towel. Cook on high 4-5 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave and drain the water. Let dumplings rest for 1 minute. For best results cook dumplings in a non-stick pan. Dipping Sauce: Leave at room temperature until thawed.
