It starts with our unique homemade curry sauce. We pour it over a mixture of vegetables, including organic sweet potatoes, green beans, yellow zucchini and fire roasted red bell peppers. Then we add tofu, a good source of protein, and serve it over fragrant jasmine rice. The result is so delicious that we know you'll be as delighted with this dish as we are. Perishable. Keep frozen. Microwave or regular oven. Ovens may vary. Microwave Oven: Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Cook on high for 4 minutes. Remove overwrap. Stir curry. Cook on high for 1 more minute. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove overwrap. Cover tray with foil and place on baking sheet. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Toaster Oven: Remove overwrap and tray. Place in oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven instructions.
