50% Less sodium than our regular Mexican Casserole Bowl. Topped with enchilada sauce and cheese. No bioengineered ingredients. No GMOs. Gluten free. Microwave or regular oven. Keep frozen. After the birth of our daughter Amy in 1987 we found there was little time to prepare the wholesome nutritious food we normally ate. Realizing there were others like ourselves, we set up Amy's Kitchen to produce delicious, nourishing frozen meals for health conscious people too busy to cook. We use only the finest natural and organic ingredients and prepare them with the same careful attention in our kitchen as you would in your own home. No meat, fish, poultry or eggs are ever used in any Amy's products. Amy's Mexican Casserole Bowl is truly delicious. Drawing on the rich Mexican heritage of our California community, Amy's chef, Fred, has created a dish that combines the authentic flavor and ingredients of the traditional tamale with the easy convenience of Amy's entrees in a bowl. It's made from organic white corn masa, black beans, sweet golden corn, olives, tomatoes and a careful blend of chili peppers and spices. We're sure you will welcome and throughly enjoy this addition of Amy's family of Mexican food. Responding to customer requests, our chefs have created a line of Light in Sodium meals with all the flavor and goodness of our regular meals, but containing 50% less sodium. Certified Organic by QAI. No trans fat. No added MSG. No preservatives. All dairy ingredients are made with pasteurized, rBST hormone free milk and do not contain animal enzymes or rennet.

Directions

Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove overwrap and cover bowl with foil. Place bowl on a cookie sheet and bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil. Bake for an additional 10 - 15 minutes until thoroughly heated. Toaster Oven: Remove all packaging. Transfer product to a toaster oven-safe dish. Cook using the conventional oven instructions shown above. Oven vary so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for your oven.
