Cooked Brown Rice (Water, Brown Rice), Ginger Teriyaki Sauce (Water, Light Brown Sugar, Gluten Free Tamari Soy Sauce [Water, Soybeans, Salt, Sugar], Organic Agave Syrup, Ginger, Rice Vinegar, Corn Starch, Sesame Seeds, Garlic, Xanthan Gum, Organic Garlic Powder), Organic Soy Tempeh (Cultured Organic Soybeans, Water, Organic Brown Rice), Edamame (Soybeans), Carrots, Red Bell Pepper, Onions, Water Chestnuts, Garlic.
Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove entree from carton, place on a cookie sheet and cut one-inch slit in film. Cook for 20 minutes, remove film and stir, and cook for another 10-12 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute and enjoy. Microwave (1,100 Watts): Remove entree from carton and place bowl on a microwave safe plate. Microwave for 3 minutes, then remove film and gently stir. Microwave for an additional 1 to 1-1/2 minutes until hot. Let stand for 1-2 minutes and enjoy. Note: Cooking times will vary by oven model and wattage. Cooking times are based on an 1100-watt oven. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F minimum. Caution: Use caution when removing hot food.
