Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove entree from carton, place on a cookie sheet and cut one-inch slit in film. Cook for 20 minutes, remove film and stir, and cook for another 10-12 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute and enjoy. Microwave (1,100 Watts): Remove entree from carton and place bowl on a microwave safe plate. Microwave for 3 minutes, then remove film and gently stir. Microwave for an additional 1 to 1-1/2 minutes until hot. Let stand for 1-2 minutes and enjoy. Note: Cooking times will vary by oven model and wattage. Cooking times are based on an 1100-watt oven. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F minimum. Caution: Use caution when removing hot food.
