I explained that I had celiac disease and had to avoid gluten. The following day, Tryg prepared a meal made entirely from gluten-free ingredients; it was delicious! That was our start. Today, now married, Tryg and I have recreated my favorite foods from our own kitchen and I can finally eat with confidence. Keep frozen. Preparation: Step 1 Heat up pancakes: Microwave - Remove bowl from carton. Cut slit in side of the plastic wrap, remove pancakes, leaving the rest of the plastic in tact. Wrap pancakes in paper towel and place on microwave safe dish. Microwave on high for 20 seconds. Or Stove - Remove bowl from carton. Cut slit in side of the plastic wrap, remove pancakes, leaving the rest of the plastic in tact. In a small pan over medium heat add 1 tablespoon of sesame or neutral flavor oil. Warm pancakes on both sides. Step 2: Heat up chicken stir-fry. Microwave - Leaving plastic wrap on bowl, cook on high for 3 minutes 15 seconds or until heated throughout. Let sit for 1 minute. Remove plastic wrap and stir. or Oven - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove plastic wrap. Cover with foil and place on baking tray in the center of oven. Cook for 50 minutes or until heated throughout. Stir gently. Step 3: Add stir-fry on top of warm pancakes. Top with dipping sauce, wrap and enjoy. Dipping Sauce: Leave at room temperature until thawed or run under hot water. Keep frozen. Preparation: Microwave: Remove bowl from carton. Cut 1 inch slit in overwrap. Cook on high for 2 minutes 45 seconds or until heated throughout. Let sit for 1 minute. Remove plastic overwrap and stir. Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove plastic overwrap. Cover with foil and place on baking tray in the center of the oven. Cook for 45 minutes or until heated throughout. Stir gently. Bowl and food may be hot. Cooking devices vary.
