Keep frozen. Cooking Instructions: Bake: Preheat the oven or toaster oven to 400 degrees F. Place the egg rolls on a baking sheet and bake until golden and crisp, 20 to 24 minutes. Pan-Fry: Microwave the egg rolls on high for 30 seconds. In a nonstick pan, heat 1/4 cup of canola oil over medium-high heat. Using tongs, carefully place the egg rolls, flat side down, in the hot oil. Cook, turning, until golden and crisp, 10 to 12 minutes. Note: The internal temperature should be 165 degrees F.
