Mycoprotein (86%), Rehydrated Egg White, Contains 2% or Less of Yeast Extract Onion Powder, Ground Sage, Sugar, Firming Agents: Calcium Chloride, Calcium Acetate.


Allergic Consumers: Contains egg. There have been rare cases of allergic reactions to products which contain mycoprotein, a member of the fungi/mold family. Mycoprotein is high in protein and fiber which may cause intolerance in some people. We do not use any ingredients derived from genetically modified sources in this product.


Keep frozen. Cooking Instructions: Simply remove packaging & cook from frozen as follows. For best results, cook on stove top. Stove Top - 12 Mins: Place cutlets and your favorite sauce into a skillet. Cover & simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Grill - 15 Mins: Pre-heat grill to medium-high. Brush both sides of frozen cutlets with oil. Place on grill and cook 13-15 minutes, turning occasionally until lightly browned. Microwave - 2 Mins: Place cutlet on a microwaveable plate. Add 1 tbsp. water, cover with film, pierce and cook on full power/800W for 2 minutes. Stand for 1 minute. For 2 cutlets, increase the cooking time to 3-1/2 minutes. Storage Instructions: Keep frozen. Do not refreeze once thawed. After cooking Quorn Naked Chik'n Cutlets will keep for up to 3 days in the refrigerator. Note: Heating times are approximate. Always cook before eating.
