Product Details

Natural Sea supports sustainable fishing practices. Caught in the ice cold North Atlantic waters. Made exclusively with whole cod fillets. Crispy whole wheat breading. We use only premium whole cod fillets from the pure, ice-cold North Atlantic Ocean for a white, firm, flaky, delicately flavored, completely natural fillet. We bread the fillets with our own recipe of organic whole wheat flour, organic cornmeal and savory blend of spices. Our fish fillets are cooked in pure canola oil prior to being quick frozen. Canola oil is the highest in unsaturates of all oil, which makes Natural Sea Cod Fish Fillets an excellent choice for those who are reducing their saturated fat intake.

Premium Whole Cod Fillets, Organically Grown Whole Wheat Flour, Canola Oil, Organic Unbleached Wheat Flour, Water, Organic Cornmeal, Sea Salt, Arrowroot Starch, Spice, Onion Powder, Yeast, Garlic Powder, Salt, Wheat Bran.

Directions

Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Do not refreeze. For food quality and safety, follow these cooking instructions. Cooking instructions: Preheat oven to 400 F. Place frozen fish sticks on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Turn fish fillets over and bake for additional 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Note that oven temperatures may vary, so please adjust your cooking times accordingly.
