Keep Frozen. Do not re-freeze after thawing. After defrosting, use the same day. Product will keep fresh for 24 hours if kept in a cold place and up to 3 days if stored in freezer. How to Heat: Cooking times may vary on your equipment. Stovetop: 1. Place desired amount of frozen cauliflower blocks in sauce pan on MEDIUM heat. 2. Cook 8-10 minutes until melted and bubbling hot, stirring often. 3. Season and serve or use in a recipe. Microwave (1100 watts): 1. Place desired amount of frozen cauliflower blocks in microwave-safe dish, cover loosely. 2. Cook on HIGH 4 minutes; stir well Return to oven and cook on HIGH 3-4 minutes longer until melted and bubbling hot. Carefully remove from oven; stir well. 3. Season and serve or use in a recipe. Estimate 1/2 of frozen package makes about 1 cup cooked. Chef Tips: Drizzle with olive oil or melted butter and season with salt, fresh cracked pepper and Parmesan cheese. -Great substitute for mashed potatoes. -Use as a recipe starter.
