After the birth of our daughter Amy in 1987 we found there was little time to prepare the wholesome nutritious food we normally ate. Realizing there were others like ourselves, we set up Amy's Kitchen to produce delicious, nourishing frozen meals for health conscious people too busy to cook. We use only the finest natural and organic ingredients and prepare them with the same careful attention in our kitchen as you would in your own home. No meat, fish, poultry or eggs are ever used in any Amy's products. Pasta - the ultimate comfort food, loved by all of us. To Amy's line of popular pasta dishes we are now adding a unique one - pasta made from rice flour rather than the usual wheat flour, along with organic peas and completely dairy free, soy-based mozzarella and ricotta cheeses, in Amy's superb pasta sauce made from vine-ripened, slowly simmered organic tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil and classic Italian herbs and spices. This light, tasty bowl is gluten free and completely non-dairy (vegan) and can be enjoyed by those who prefer not to eat wheat and dairy, and by anyone looking for a great tasting pasta dish. Keep frozen. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove overwrap, cover with foil and place on cookie sheet. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until heated throughout. Microwave Oven: Put a 1 in slit in overwrap. Microwave on High for 5-5 1/2 minutes. Toaster Oven: Remove all packaging. Transfer product to a toaster oven-safe dish. Cook using the conventional oven instructions. Ovens vary so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for your oven.
