Keep frozen. How should I serve 'em? Thaw and marinate with olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, minced onion and fresh ginger. Serve over a bed of spring greens and garnish with dried cranberries and pine nuts. More recipe ideas online at www.woodstock-foods.com. How should I cook 'em? Stove Top: Add 1 cup of asparagus to 1/2 cup of boiling water. Cover and simmer for approximately 4 minutes. Drain, season to taste, and serve immediately. Do not overcook. Microwave Place 1 cup of asparagus in a covered microwaveable container. Cook for 2 minutes on high heat. Note: Microwave cooking times may vary depending on the brand of appliance used. Please consult the manufacturer's instructions. Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not thaw and refreeze.
