Wrapper: Enriched Flour (Unbleached Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Whole Wheat Flour, Corn Starch. Contains 2% or Less of Salt and Vinegar. Filling: Cabbage, Celery, Carrots, Soy Flour. Contains 2% or Less of Sea Salt, Evaporated Cane Juice, Dehydrated Onion, Dehydrated Garlic, Natural Spices, Corn Starch, Toasted Sesame Seed Oil. Browned in Expeller Grade Canola Oil.


Contains: wheat and soy. Processed on common equipment with egg and milk.


Keep frozen. Cook and serve. For food safety and quality follow cooking instructions. Caution: Product may be very hot after cooking. Cooking appliances vary in efficiency; time and/or temperature and need to be adjusted to achieve 160 degrees F product temperature. Refrigerate or discard any leftovers. For best results conventional or toaster over preparation is recommended. Conventional Oven: Preheat conventional oven to 425 degrees F. Place up to 12 pieces on cookie sheet. Bake in center of oven for 7-8 minutes. Microwave Oven: Place product on a microwave safe plate in a single layer. Heat on high, rotate plate 1/2 turn midway through cooking cycle. Cook 1-2 minutes for 6 pieces or 1.5-3 minutes for 12 pieces.
