Keep refrigerated or frozen. Cooking Instructions: On a stovetop, heat 1 to 2 tbsp oil in pan (cast iron is best). Add tempeh strips to hot oil and cook 1-1/2 to 2 min each side until nicely browned, or 160 degrees. Delicious for breakfast or in a BLT.
