Directions

1 Serving: 1/4 Cup Bulgur Wheat, 3/4 Cup water, Dash of salt (optional), 8-10 min microwave times; 2 Servings: 1/2 Cup Bulgur Wheat, 1 1/2 Cups water, 1/4 tsp salt, 12-14 min microwave times; 4 Servings: 1 Cup Bulgur Wheat, 3 Cups water, 1/2 tsp salt, 17-19 min microwave times. Times may vary with microwave power. Microwave: 1. Place ingredients in a narrow, tall microwave safe bowl. 2. Microwave on High for the minutes above, or until desired consistency. Stove Top: 1. Add Bulgur Wheat to water, bring to a boil, stirring constantly. 2. Reduce heat, cover & simmer for 10-12 minutes, or until desired consistency. Store in a cool dry place.
