Brown Rice Flour, Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Sweet Potato Flour, Cane Sugar (Dried Cane Syrup), Sorghum Flour, Soy Flour, Maltodextrin, Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Baking Soda, Cornstarch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Cinnamon, Natural Vanilla Type Flavor, Xanthan Gum, Untreated Sea Salt.

Directions

Pancake Directions: 1 cup Healthier Way Sweet Potato Pancake Mix; 3/4 cup of milk or water; 1 egg; 2 tbsp oil. Makes approximately 6 medium pancakes. Beat together egg, milk (or water) and oil. Add pancake mix and stir to combine. Allow batter to rest for 10 minutes. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto a pre-heated, medium-high, lightly oiled griddle. Cook until pancakes bubble and edge starts to look dry. Turn once and cook until golden brown. Serve immediately. Extra pancakes can be cooled, wrapped in plastic and frozen. To reheat, remove wrapping and microwave pancakes wrapped in paper towel until hot, approximately 45 seconds. Store in a cool, dry place.
