All You Need: 1 pouch Foodstirs Organic Chocolate Chippy Sea Salt Protein Bar Mix + 1/4 cup melted organic coconut oil (we also love organic avocado oil or organic grapeseed oil) + 3/4 cup milk. 8 inches square pan; non-stick sooking spray; mixing bowl; large spoon; measuring cup; measuring spoon. Baking Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Very lightly grease on 8 inches square baking pan; set aside. 3. In a large bowl, empty protein bar mix and stir in oil and milk until the contents are evenly mixed in. 4. Spread mixture evenly and firmly into your prepared pan. 5. Bake for 15 minutes on the middle rack, or until bars are firm. Let cool completely before cutting into bars. For maximum freshness, store & refrigerate in a sealed container after baking.
