Directions

Jovial's Baking Tips for Working with Einkorn: Substitute 1:1 with regular flour in cakes & muffin recipes. For cookies, reduce fats by 20%. Substitute 1:1 with regular whole wheat flour for bread, but reduce liquids and yeast by 25%. Knead dough by hand for better bread. Best Before: See top fold.
