Store in a cool, dry place and use by date stamped on package. HOW TO MAKE: Bake time may vary depending on equipment. Cornbread: You will need: 3/4 Cup Milk, 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil, 1 Large Egg. Preheat oven to 400 degrees with rack in center. 1. Grease or use cooking spray on an 8 x 8-inch square baking pan. 2. Whisk milk, oil and egg together in bowl. Add the corn mix; stir with whisk or spoon just to combine. DO NOT OVERMIX. 3. Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan. 4. Bake 20-23 minutes until golden brown and toothpick inserted comes out clean. Muffins (makes 12): You will need: 3/4 Cup Milk, 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil, 1 Large Egg. Preheat oven to 400 degrees with rack in center. 1. Grease or spray 12 muffin cups or line cups with paper liners. 2. Prepare batter as making cornbread above. Divide batter equally, about 1/4 cup into muffin cups. 3. Bake 16-18 minutes until golden brown and toothpick inserted comes out clean. Chef Tip: Best served warm.
