Store in a cool, dry place and use by date stamped on package. You will Need: 6 Tbsp. Butter (Softened), 1 Large Egg. How To Make: Baking time may vary depending on your equipment. 1. Cream softened butter and 1/2 cup cookie mix with electric mixer at Medium-High speed about 2 minutes until light and fluffy 2. Beat in egg. Slowly add remaining cookie mix, mixing at Low Speed until all dry mix is combined. 3. Place dough onto large piece of plastic wrap. Flatten into a 5-inch round. Fold wrap over dough to completely cover. Refrigerate 1 hour. Preheat oven 350 degrees with rack in center. 4. Lightly grease or use cooking spray on baking sheets. 5. Scoop 1 tablespoon of dough; form into 1-inch ball. Place about 2-inches apart on prepared baking sheets. Press each cookie lightly with your fingertips. 6. Bake 11-14 minutes until very light golden brown. (Be Careful Not To Over Bake). Cool 1-2 minutes before removing from baking sheet to cooling rack. Chef Tips: Sprinkle with coarse sugar. To make Snickerdoodle cookies, roll balls of dough into a mixture of 2 Tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Bake as directed above. Yield: about 22 cookies
