Ingredients

Sugar, Rice Flour, Cocoa Powder (Processes with Alkali), Yellow Corn Flour, Tapioca Starch, Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Baking Soda, Cornstarch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Coffee, Xanthan Gum, Sea Salt, Natural Flavor, Soy Flour.

Directions

Store in a cool, dry place and use by date stamped on package. You will Need: 1 Large Egg, 3/4 Cup Milk, 4 Tbsp. Butter (Melted). How To Make: Baking time may vary depending on your equipment. Preheat oven to 350 degrees with rack in center. 1. Grease or use cooking spray on an 8-inch round metal cake pan. 2. Beat egg and milk with electric mixer at Medium-High speed about 30 seconds. 3. Add cake mix and melted butter mixing on low speed just to moisten. Stop mixer and scrape sides of bowl. Continue beating at Medium-High speed about 1 1/2 minutes until light and fluffy. Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan. 4. Bake 40-44 minutes. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out mostly clean (Be Careful Not To Over Bake), Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. If frosting cake, cool completely. Chef Tip: Cake can be baked in an 8-inch square pan for 35-38 minutes.
