Ancient grains have been a diet staple for thousands of years with good reason: They are rich in nutrients, less chewy than other whole grains and have less gluten than modern wheat flour. Organic Wheat Flour, Madhava Sweetener Blend (Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Coconut Sugar), Baking Powder (Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Corn Starch), Ancient Grains Flour (Organic Farro, Organic Spelt, Organic Kamut), Organic Natural Flavor, Organic Vanilla, Salt.

What You Need: 1 cup water or milk, 1/2 cup oil, 3 eggs. Baking: 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Lightly grease baking pan. 2. Add cake mix, water, oil and eggs to large mixing bowl. Beat on low speed for 2 minutes. 3. Bake as directed below or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. 4. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. Cool completely before frosting. Baking Times: 13 inch x 9 inch pan, two 8 inch or 9 inch rounds: 30-35 minutes. 24 cupcakes (2/3 full): 18-23 minutes. 48 mini cupcakes (2/3 full): 16-21 minutes.
