Store in a cool, dry place and use by date stamped on package. You will Need: 7 Tbsp. Butter (Melted) and 2 Large Eggs. How To Make: Baking time may vary depending on your equipment. Preheat oven to 350 degrees with rack in center. 1. Grease or use cooking spray on an 8x8-inch square baking pan. 2. Beat eggs with electric mixer at Medium-High speed 2 minutes. 3. Add brownie mix, mixing on low speed just to moisten. Add melted butter; beat at low speed until well blended. Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan.4. Bake 28 minutes for moist, fudgy brownies - 32 minutes for less moist brownies. Brownies are done when center is soft when lightly touched and a crackly crust has formed over the top. (Be Careful Not To Over Bake), Cool before cutting. Chef Tips: Melt butter in Microwave on HIGH at 30 second intervals. Stop when most of butter is melted. Inserting a toothpick is not a good indicator of doneness for these double chocolate brownies.
