Whole Grain Brown Rice Flour, White Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Sweet Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Xanthan Gum, Baking Soda, Cream of Tartar, Sea Salt.


Tender Flaky Biscuit Mix: Makes 6-8 large biscuits. 16 minutes cup-to-table. What You'll Need: 5 tbl butter of choice; 2/3 cup milk of choice; 1 egg or alternative; a bowl and spoon. See instructional video at 16 minutes cup to table. What to Do: Pour mix into bowl. Grate cold butter into mix with cheese grater or cut in butter with pastry knife. Beat egg and milk in cup and stir into mix until shaggy dough forms. Dough will be sticky. Transfer dough onto lined baking sheet, shape a 4 inch x 8 inch rectangle about 1 inch thick. Using a 3 inch biscuit cutter or inverted glass, cut biscuits into 6-8 rounds. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Yum!
