Sugar, Gluten Free Flour (Rice Flour, Potato Extract, Rice Starch), Degermed Yellow Corn Flour, Dry Molasses, Spices, Salt, Caramel Color, Baking Powder (Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Sodium Bicarbonate, Xanthan Gum.

You Will Need: 1 box Firenza Gluten free Gingerbread Mix; 2 eggs; 1/2 cup oil; 2/3 cup milk. Cookies see side panel. Cake and Cupcakes: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease or spray bottom of 9 inch round or 8 inch square pan. 2. Beat together eggs, milk, oil and baking mix in a large bowl at low speed for 3 minutes. 3. Bake 26-32 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Let cool in pan, then remove. Cool complete before frosting (optional). Cupcakes: Pour batter into 12 lined muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees F for 17-22 minutes. Bread and Muffins: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease or spray bottom of pan(s). 2. Stir together baking mix, eggs, oil and milk until batter is well blended - about 1 minute. 3. Bake as Follows: 8 inch x 4 inch or 9 inch x 5 inch pan (1 loaf), bake 40-50 minutes. 5 inch x 3 inch pans (3 loaves), bake 30-35 minutes. 4. Remove from oven. Let cool before slicing. Muffins: Spoon batter into 12 standard muffins cups, about 2/3 full. Bake at 375 degrees F for 17-22 minutes. High altitude for cake and bread: Add 2 tsp corn starch to mix. Gingerbread Cookies with all the taste and chewy goodness you crave! Yields about 20 cookies. You Will need: 1 egg; 1 stick (1/2 cup) softened butter (To soften cold butter, cut cube into slices and microwave on high for 12-15 seconds). 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (400 degrees F if using insulated cookie sheet). 2. Beat together half of mix, egg and softened butter in a large bowl on low speed for about 30 seconds. Add remaining mix and beat until dough forms - about 1 minute. 3. Drop heaping teaspoonfuls of dough onto ungreased cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart. 4. Bake as Follows: For chewy cookies - Bake 8-9 minutes. For crispy cookies - Bake 10-11 minutes. Let cool 2-3 minutes, remove from sheet. High Altitude: Bake at 25 degrees F lower temperature for all cookie sheets.
