Preheat oven to 450 degrees with rack in center. 2.Seperate thighs and place in a shallow roasting pan or baking dish. 3. Drizzle with basting oil or vegetable oil. Season to taste. 4. Sear 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350 degrees. Roast 35-45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Check by inserting thermometer in thickest part of thigh but not touching bone.
