Keep refrigerated. HOW TO ROAST: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Oven Roasting: Preheat oven to 450 degrees. 1. Prepare turkey breast; Rinse turkey; drain well. Pat dry. 2. Place turkey, meaty side up, on rack in shallow roasting pan. Coat turkey with basting oil or vegetable oil and seas to taste, if desired. 3. Roast for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees; roast until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees, about 20 minutes per pound. Use a thermometer to ensure turkey is fully cooked. Check internal temperature by inserting thermometer into thickest part of turkey breast, but not touching the bone. After 1 hour of roasting, baste turkey with drippings. 4. Remove turkey from oven when internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Let rest 15-20 minutes before carving for better slicing.
