Enhanced with up to 20% of a solution for flavor and juiciness of: Cider Brine (Water, Apple Cider Vinegar [Apple Cider Vinegar, Water], Kosher Salt, Black Pepper, Thyme, Juniper Berries, Bay Leaves, Sage), Cultured Sugar (Cultured Sugar, Vinegar), Basting Oil (Soybean Oil, Parsley, Natural Flavor), Plum Juice Concentrate, Sweeteners (Refinery Syrup, Honey).

Directions

Keep refrigerated. Cooking Instructions: Cook to internal temperature of 165 degrees F to ensure juicy and tender turkey. Use a digital thermometer. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. ROASTING: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F with rack in center. Place meat side up, on rack in shallow roasting pan and roast 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F and continue to roast 25 to 30 minutes per pound. Remove from oven when internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Let rest about 10 minutes before carving.
