Keep refrigerated. Cook to internal temperature of 165 degrees F to ensure juicy and tender turkey. Use a digital thermometer. HOW TO ROAST: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F with rack in center. Place meat side up, on rack in shallow roasting pan and roast 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F and continue to roast 30 - 34 minutes per pound. Remove from oven when internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Let rest about 10 minutes before carving.
