Keep Refrigerated or Frozen. Fully Cooked. Preparation Guide: Storing- Keep hickory smoked turkey refrigerated below 40 degrees. Keep frozen hickory smoked turkey in a freezer at 10 degrees or less. Defrosting- Place hickory smoked turkey, still in its bag, in the refrigerator. Allow 24 hours to defrost. Never refreeze a defrosted hickory smoked turkey. To Serve Cold- This hickory smoked turkey is fully cooked and delicious served cold. To Serve Hot- 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. 2. Remove plastic bag. 3. Place turkey breast in roasting pan. 4. Add 1/2 cup water to bottom of pan and cover turkey breast loosely with foil. 5. Allow 1-1/2 hours to heat. Turkey is ready when meat thermometer reaches 140 degrees in the thickest part of the breast. You are now ready to carve, serve and enjoy a delicious Plainville Farms Hickory Smoked Turkey.
