Directions

Keep Refrigerated. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook to 165°F. GRILL: Preheat grill on Medium-High for 10 min. Sear sausage 5 min, turning to brown on all sides. Reduce heat to MEDIUM-LOW, close cover; cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F, about 15 min, turning occasionally. Stove Top: Place sausage in skillet on MEDIUM-LOW heat; cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F, 15-20 min, turning often to brown all sides. Broil: Preheat oven to BROIL with rack placed one level above center. Place sausage on broiler pan or baking sheet. Broil about 6 minutes until browned; turn over and cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F, 6-7 minutes.
