Directions

Keep Refrigerated. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook to 165 degrees F. Grill: Preheat grill on MEDIUM-HIGH for 10 min. Sear sausage 5 min, turning to brown on all sides. Reduce heat to MEDIUM, close cover; cook about 10 min, turning occasionally. Stovetop: Place sausage in skillet on MEDIUM heat. Cook 20 min, turning often to brown all sides. SAFE HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS: The product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry.
