Directions

Keep Refrigerated. How to Cook: Cooking times may wary depending on your equipment. Cook to 165 degrees F. Stovetop: Place sausage in skillet on Medium heat. Cook 15-20 minutes, turning often to brown all sides. Broil: Preheat broiler with rack placed one level above center. Place sausage on broiler pan or baking sheet. Broil 5 minutes until browned; turn over and cook until temperature reaches 165 degrees F, 3-6 minutes.
