Directions

Keep Refrigerated. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook to 165 F. GRILL: Sear sausage 5 min, turning to brown on all sides. Reduce heat to MEDIUM, close cover; cook about 10 min, turning occasionally. STOVETOP: Place sausage in skillet on MEDIUM heat. Cook about 20 min, turning often to brown all sides.
