Pork, Pork Broth, Dijon Mustard Blend (Vinegar, Distilled Vinegar, Water, Mustard Seed, Salt, White Wine, Citric Acid, Tartaric Acid, Spices), Honey, Contains 2% or Less of Cultured Dextrose, Dried Vinegar, Seasoning (Yeast Extract, Citrus Extract), Salt, Flavoring.

Directions

Keep refrigerated. Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerated or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook throughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Directions: Important! Always prepare meat from a thawed state. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove pork from package and place on a shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered, until the thickest portion of the pork reaches 155-160 degrees F (medium), approximately 45 minutes. Let pork rest for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy! Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat (350 degrees F). Remove pork from package and place directly on the grate of the grill. Grill pork to a minimum internal temperature of 155-160 degrees F (medium), turning occasionally. Let pork rest for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy! Ovens and grills will vary. Always use a digital cooking thermometer inserted into the thickest portion of the meat, to test for doneness.
