Product Details

Extra lean. Boneless. Fully cooked. With natural juices. Thin sliced. U.S. inspected and passed by Department of Agriculture. Ready in minutes.


Cured with Water, Salt, Potassium Lactate, Dextrose, Sodium Phosphates, Sodium Diacetate, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite.


To Bake: Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Place pork chops in shallow baking dish. Cover. Bake 8 - 10 minutes or until hot. To Broil: Heat oven broiler. Place pork chops on rack of broiler pan. Broil 3-4 inches from heat 3 - 5 minutes, turning once. To Panfry: Place 1 teaspoon oil in skillet. Add pork chops. Cook over Medium heat 3 - 6 minutes, turning once. To Microwave: Arrange pork chops in circle on microwave-safe plate. Cover. Heat on Medium (50 - 60% power) 2 minutes or until hot. (All microwave ovens vary. Times given are approximate).
