Ingredients

Cured with Water, Salt, Potassium Lactate, Dextrose, Sodium Phosphates, Sodium Diacetate, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite.

Directions

Keep refrigerated. To Prepare: Pan-Fry: Place chops into a heated, greased skillet over medium heat. Cook for 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Bake: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Place chops in shallow baking pan. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes. Microwave: Place chops on microwave-safe plate. Cover lightly. Heat for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or until warmed through.
