Keep refrigerated. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times my vary depending on your equipment. GRILL: Preheat grill on HIGH. Sear meat 2-3 minutes. Turn over; sear 2-3 minutes, turn over again. Reduce heat to MEDIUM; close cover and cook to 5 degrees below desired internal temperature, 5-10 minutes. Remove from grill and let rest 5-10 minutes. Slice thinly against the grain. Cook to internal temperature 145 F to ensure juicy, tender and safe beef. Use a digital thermometer.
